Lead-Acid AGM battery charger
AGM battery is the most common Lead-Acid (also named Pb-Acid) battery type. Other common types of Lead-Acid battery are GEL VRLA and SLA. Green Digital Power Tech provide 10+ series 50+ models AGM battery chargers, they are also suitable for GEL, SLA and VRLA types. Battery voltage from 6V to 72V, capacity from 8Ah to 500Ah, these AGM chargers have following features:
1.Charging Process:
The standard AGM battery charging process is “3-Stage”, means “Bulk+ Equalizing + Float”. See right curve. Bulk stage is constant current stage, charge current is set at 0.1~0.2C, here C is capacity **Ah. Equalizing stage is constant voltage process, for 12V battery this stage CV is 14.7V. When battery full charged(charge current drop below 0.2*CC), charge enter float stage, This is also CV stage, voltage is set at 13.7V for 12V type.
We also provide charger with desulfation repairing function, P/N is G6-12A. This desulfation chargers combat lead-acid battery sulfation by breaking down lead sulfate crystals, restoring capacity, and extending battery life through a 5-stage process like right curve. G60-12A is suitable for 12V 15~60Ah AGM, GEL and most VRLA battery.
2.Charging status display:
Our chargers offer three types of charging display methods. The basic model is using a RED/GREEN bi-color LED to indicate the charging status. For customers who need to know the state of charge (SOC) at any time, they can choose our chargers with Fuel Gauge LEDs indicator. For those who require real-time data of voltage, current, energy, SOC, SOH and timer, we offer charger products with an LCD screen display.
3.Safety protections:
Safety is a critical aspect of AGM GEL battery chargers. Mian of our battery chargers provide protections against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, short-circuit, battery reversed conditions.
4.EMC & LVD approval:
All of our battery chargers passed basic EMC & LVD safety approval requirements. Many chargers have CE, CB, FCC, CCC, ETL, PSE, UKCA, cTUVus, SAA, KC and RCM.
