LiFePO4 (LFP) battery charger
Green Digital Power Tech’s LiFePO4 (LFP) battery chargers are designed for common and special LiFePO4 batteries, which are mainly used on EV car, energy storage system, outdoor power station, low speed EV (such as golf cart, e-bike, electric moto cycle) and power tool. Green Digital Power Tech provide 10+ series 100+ standard chargers for most kinds of LiFePO4 batteries voltage from 3.2V to 72V, capacity from 2Ah to 400Ah, these LFP chargers have following features:
1.“Two-stage” & “Four-stage” Charging Process:
The basic LiFePO4 charging process is “Two stages”, CC+CV. During CC stage, the charger supplies a constant current to the battery until the voltage reaches N*3.6V. In the CV stage, the voltage is held constant, and the current gradually decreases until the battery is fully charged.
For high-performance LiFePO4 battery chargers, we employ “Four-stage” charging strategy, the “four-stage” adds a small current pre-charge stage (which helps to extend battery life) at the beginning and add a shut-off stage at the end (which helps to enhance charging safety). Our main chargers using this 4-stage charging process.
2.Charging status display:
Our chargers offer three types of charging display methods. The basic model is using a RED/GREEN bi-color LED to indicate the charging status. For customers who need to know the state of charge (SOC) at any time, they can choose our chargers with Fuel Gauge LEDs indicator. For those who require real-time data of voltage, current, energy, SOC, SOH and timer, we offer charger products with an LCD screen display.
3.Safety protections:
Safety is a critical aspect of LFP battery chargers. Mian of our battery chargers provide protections against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, short-circuit, battery reversed conditions.
4.EMC & LVD approval:
All of our battery chargers passed basic EMC & LVD safety approval requirements. Many chargers have CE, CB, FCC, CCC, ETL, PSE, UKCA, cTUVus, SAA, KC and RCM.
