170W GaN power adapters with fixed DC outputs of 12V, 19V, 24V and 48V for IT, consumer and industrial equipment.
The GAN170 series delivers 170W from a GaN power stage roughly half the size of a comparable silicon design. With fixed-voltage DC outputs, high efficiency (>91% at 100V AC input) and universal 90–264V AC input, it powers industrial electronics, consumer devices and portable field equipment.
